BIGHORNS ACQUIRE DEVENDORF FROM STAMPEDE

RENO, NEV.— The Reno Bighorns have acquired guard Eric Devendorf from the Idaho Stampede in exchange long-time Bighorns guard Chris Davis.

Devendorf (6-4, 180 lbs.) has averaged 8.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in 13 games with the Idaho Stampede this season. He played 3 games with the Bighorns during the 2009-10 season, posting 4.7 points per game in 13 minutes of action. He spent his college career playing under Jim Boeheim at Syracuse University, playing 116 games with the Orange and averaging 14.5 points and 3.2 assists per game. In high school, Devendorf won a National Championship during his senior season with the famed basketball boarding school Oak Hill Academy. Group ticket packages are on sale today.
